While booting the computer, if you see Code 19 error then beware its a critical problem with your hardware device or other removable USB devices. The Code 19 error will almost always display in one of the following two ways:
“Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is damaged or incomplete. To fix this problem you can first try running a Troubleshooting Wizard. If that does not work, you should uninstall and then reinstall the hardware device. (Code 19)”
